Melipo
Melipo is an app that helps you keep track of the dishes you cook, plan your meals and share them with the people close to you. It is published by Théo Fundone (see the legal notice). By using Melipo, you accept these terms.
Your account
Melipo can be used without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for its credentials and for what happens on it. You can delete your account at any time.
Your content
Your dishes, recipes, photos and notes remain yours. You only allow us to store and display them to run Melipo, and to show them to the people you choose to share them with (family, friends, publication). You agree to publish only content you have the rights to and that is lawful. We may remove published content that breaks these rules.
Free plan and cloud limits
Without an account, Melipo can be used locally: data stays on the device and is not backed up to the cloud. With a free account, a personal notebook can contain up to 50 synced recipes. A free family notebook can contain up to 75 synced recipes in total across all members. These limits apply to recipe records; dishes already recorded in the meal journal remain available. These are the limits of the current offer. They may change to adapt the offer or maintain service quality; the applicable limits are shown in the app, and any significant reduction affecting existing users is announced clearly and reasonably in advance. A limit change does not delete data already saved.
Premium plans, prices and billing periods
When subscriptions are offered, Solo Premium removes the personal-notebook limit. Family Premium removes the limits from the personal notebooks and shared notebook of members covered by the family subscription. The total price including taxes, currency, length of each billing period and, where applicable, monthly equivalent are shown in Melipo and by the App Store or Google Play before purchase confirmation. The information shown at checkout is the applicable price and billing period.
Promotional offers
Melipo or the stores may offer a free trial, discount, introductory price or another promotion. Eligibility, duration, promotional price and the price charged afterwards are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, the subscription renews at the price and billing period displayed for the end of the promotion. A promotion may be restricted to certain users, territories, stores or periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to the store account after confirmation. Unless presented as a one-time purchase, a subscription renews automatically for periods of the same length until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the store's subscription settings; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refund requests must be made to the relevant store under its procedures and applicable law. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
Right of withdrawal
Where the law provides a right of withdrawal, it is exercised through the App Store or Google Play, which processes the transaction. Premium access may begin immediately after purchase. Immediate supply only removes a statutory withdrawal right where the store has obtained the consents and acknowledgements required by law. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer rights.
Legal guarantee for digital services
Melipo is covered by the statutory conformity guarantee applicable to digital content and services. During the supply period, the service must conform to the contract and receive updates needed to remain compliant. If it does not, you may request that it be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where provided by law, you may then request a price reduction or termination of the contract. Contact: support@melipo.app. These rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, secure and backed up. Temporary interruptions may be required for maintenance or caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, the statutory conformity guarantee, or compensation for loss caused by a breach attributable to us.

Changes
We may change these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page; for any significant change, we will let you know in the app.
