Ingredients

• 4 zucchinis
• 2 potatoes
• Water: as needed (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 bouillon cube

Preparation

1. Cut the zucchini and potatoes into bite-sized pieces
2. Put the olive oil and the cut ingredients into a pot and sauté
3. When the ingredients are well coated with oil and the zucchini starts to release its moisture, add the water and simmer (until the ingredients are submerged)
4. Add the bouillon cube and simmer
5. When the potatoes are tender, turn off the heat and blend with a blender until smooth
